I offer one to one therapy and pelvic bodywork alongside group classes in Ōtautahi, Christchurch and online, to support women to weave love back into their body as a place of safety, aliveness and inner authority; to reclaim the instinctive and expressive range which roots us back into the regenerative cycles of Earth and Womb. I have 15 years of Embodied trainings and experience and hold a trauma informed approach.
